Bollywood Dance

This past Saturday my ward and I had a dance festival with other wards.

The theme for my ward's dance was Bollywood, and our dance is really cool.

If the festival were a competition, we'd WIN.

You don't really see me that much, but heck, what matters?

(I don't think that made sense...)

Bring 'em Back From the Dead

There are those Presidents who, when they served as chief executive, really made a difference for this country.

If I could bring back one president from the dead, it'd have to be Richard Nixon.

I mean, look at what great things he did for this country! He..... did nothing... Though I know for FACT that he participated in the Salem Witch Trials!!!!!

Now I'm sure you've all noticed that my titles aren't really what the post is about, and it can often get quite annoying.

Happy Birthday to ME!

So as you all might have forgotten, this PAST Tuesday (March 6) was my birthday.

Thanks for forgetting.(?)

So anyways, Mom woke up early that day and made me a breakfast of sausage with biscuits and gravy. SO DELICIOUS!

Then I went to school. I got two delicious Kit Kats from Emily (DELICIOUS). Got a free Sour Lemonade lollipop. YUM. [It actually was delicious, the only problem was that it stings when you have a bunch of cuts in your mouth from the DENTIST prodding around in your mouth with a needle and drawing pictures of butterflies ("Ooooh, a butterfly," - Marina) in the roof of your mouth and trying to hurt you]. You'd better be reading this Matthew, cause this is some GREAT advice for when YOU become... I don't remember what it's called. Anyways... what ruined everything was that the dentist said I had 3 cavities. So I punched him in the face. (not really) Luckily, 2 of them weren't my fault, which I personally think means it was HIS fault because he failed to notice it earlier!

Sooooo... we went back home after that and had my (not) birthday dinner of REAL homemade macaroni and cheese, not the FAKE Kraft version. And I opened my wonderful present from Danny and Lena, a beginners engineering set.

Four days later...

We ACTUALLY celebrated my birthday (cause Dad wasn't there on Tuesday). That night we had Creamy Pea Sauce (LOVE IT!), and for dessert we had Chocolate Mousse Pie (LOVE IT!).

I got money from my grandma's and a wonderful memory foam pillow!!!

Then we watched my new favorite show: Once Upon a Time.

I had just woken up, so don't insult my hair.

YUM.

Surprise Reunion

P.S. This is really old now...

On Thursday night after my family and I read scriptures together, my dad said we weren't going to go to Matthew and Mykel's like we had planned... because he was going to become bishop of our ward on Sunday.

SURPRISE!!! And now you know... (it took me about a day before I could calm down about the subject!)

So on Friday my mom let me out of school early for a surprise mystery adventure. Thomas picked me up in the red van and we drove down to Fremont and stayed at my grandma's house for a few hours. A while later Thomas and I were driving down to the airport to pick up Matthew and Mykel (or so I thought) to surprise Dad. When we pulled into the arrival terminal--we cranked up our hip "Back in Black" music (windows rolled down)--I suddenly saw Matthew and Mykel... and Danny, Stacy, and Jalyn!!!

SURPRISE!!! And now you know...

I was totally surprised by this, and very happy at it too! ANOTHER family reunion!!! I love family reunions!!!

We drove home, joking and laughing with one another, happy to see one another's faces again.

We entered the house quietly and surprised Dad. For some reason I was surprised(?). Dad was too...

SPEED ROUND!!!


Anyways the following day we had a delicious breakfast and took a nice hike, then on Sunday Dad became bishop.

Then we dumped Danny.

The next day we dumped the rest of the crew.

And THAT, is what you call a Speed Family Reunion.
