Honesty
When you find a Visa on the ground, turn it in to the nearest (safe) location.
Same thing happened to me when I lost my $75 Visa Gift Card. A seventh grade girl named Viviana Canela found it on the ground at school and turned it in to the office. And it's been returned to me.
